As I entered the Salary Survey comments it became obvious that there continue to be nagging, unresolved issues that are very troubling to weathercasters - and the pressure is increasing. So, I thought this page would be a natural extension of the discussions we get into every year at the broadcasting conferences and never have time to deal with.
